My journey on fitness
Fitness means to take care of your body. It includes Physical, mental, and emotional aspects
of health. Fitness motivates me to be the best edition myself. My journey of fitness is not
only transforming me but also improving my mindset and my habits.
Before the fitness journey, I also thought of different things that made me feel
uncomfortable. Which also makes my mood unhappy and anxious.
How did it motivate me?
So that's why I started my fitness journey and shared it with you. Moreover, I made my
mindset to start exercises. But it is not that easy for me. Start waking up, and it makes me feel
lazy. But my sister motivates me to wake up early to do exercises. It's difficult for me to eat
healthily and unable to make a balanced diet. Therefore, I changed my mindset and my sister
helped me to overcome this.
How did I start?
My journey of fitness starts with a simple routine. It started during the pandemic time. Where
all want to pay attention to their health. Health is the main aspect of everyone's life.
Accordingly, My health starts from there. I experiment with different exercises that suit and
are best for me. Cycling and running are the best for me to exercise.
By doing this it will make my mood happy. Dancing is also full of enjoyment. Therefore, it
pushed me to challenge myself and also give me strength. I made a balanced diet chart and
followed it. By following this it feels like my body is fresh and away from diseases.
I also find new healthy recipes on social media sites. In the evening I also go park with my
sister for a walk. I always have my dinner before 7 'clock which is the best time to have
dinner. While doing it is difficult it slowly makes a habit.
In conclusion,
I also motivate others to be fit. Moreover, it makes me feel lazy while doing this but slow it
to recover. Starting it difficult but slowly it makes easy. It also avoids the risk of diseases like
cancer, and many other diseases. On the other hand, with a busy schedule, you should give to
health. If your health is good you feel happy and do everything in your life.
